Pat is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.  Pat has 30 years of insurance industry experience including stints at American Modern Home Insurance and Victoria Fire and Casualty Insurance.  He is responsible for managing the 60 FIS employees in the Cincinnati, Ohio office.

Pat has over 20 years of experience with FIS.  He has been Head of Claims for the past 16 years, but started off as a claims adjuster and worked his way up.  His responsibilities include claims, premium and claim data entry, analytics, customer service, budgeting, claim compliance, SOX compliance, modernizing claim systems, insured relations, auto dealer warranty products and services.
