Tracy Luttrell

Vice President, Flood and Insurance Center of Excellence, JPMorgan Chase

Tracy Luttrell is a leader within the Flood and Insurance Center of Excellence at JPMorgan Chase (JPMC). With over a decade of expertise in federal flood regulation under the Flood Disaster Protection Act (FDPA), Tracy is a recognized subject matter expert. She co-authored the JPMC internal Private Flood Insurance Final Ruling white paper and plays a key role in presenting to federal regulators during annual bank exams.

Tracy’s career spans over 18 years in the commercial property and casualty insurance industry. Before joining JPMC, she was a captive insurance agent with Allstate Insurance and an independent agent with underwriting authority with over sixteen carriers. Her extensive experience is backed by certifications in Texas General Lines – Property & Casualty Insurance, Life, Accident, & Health, and as a Voluntary Inspection Program (VIP) Inspector.

Tracy is recognized for her expertise in negotiation and risk analysis, as well as her extensive network in the insurance industry. She effectively collaborates with senior banking executives and influences business leaders with her direct communication style.

A native Texan, Tracy resides in Dallas and cherishes time with her son, Chris, her eight nieces and nephews, and her Shih Tzu, Ella Mae. She has a large family from Mérida, Yucatán, where she spent a significant part of her childhood. In her free time, she has developed a passion for horses, spending the last two years building her horsemanship skills.
