Wes Heidel is Senior Vice President, Operations Risk and Compliance Manager for Fulton Bank, N.A., a $30 billion full-service bank headquartered in Lancaster, Pa. Wes joined Fulton in 2009 and has 22 years of banking experience, including expertise in bank operations, regulatory compliance, and risk and control assessments. In his current role, Wes manages the Bank’s FDPA, SCRA, FCRA, and Regulation E compliance programs and provides first-line risk management leadership to the Bank’s operations departments. In his spare time, Wes is a passionate Phillies fan who enjoys music, wine, and travel.
